PPM Lock & Key - Lock Types

PPM is upgrading our door access credentials to maximize campus security and provide for more efficient business processes and associated cost savings. Where a door lock supports radio frequency access cards (proximity style or your CSUN MataCard), PIN codes and magnetic stripe cards will be disabled on these models.

We recognize there are numerous legacy locks still in use by our customers - locks that won't support the current generation of access cards. For these legacy locks only, PPM will continue to support magnetic stripe cards and/or PINs on the specific legacy hardware, as shown below.
