Mechanical – Heating & Cooling Services
- Maintains the heating and air conditioning of campus buildings.
- Installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
- Implements the University’s energy conservation activities.
- University heating and cooling is accomplished through the central plant, which includes 2.3 million gallons of thermal storage and operates 24 hours a day.
