PPM Cleaning Standards Details

Building-Wide Details

Base	Clean but some buildup of dirt and/or floor finish can be seen upon close observation.
Building Glass	Clean. Marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation.
Corners/Edges	Clean but some buildup of dirt and/or floor finish can be seen upon close observation.
Entrance Storefront Windows	Clean. Marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation.
Floors	Shine and are bright and clean. No buildup. No more than two days’ worth of dust/dirt
Horizontal Surfaces	Clean. Marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation.
Lighting	Lights are working. Lamps are working. Fixtures and diffusers are clean.
Mirrors	Clean. Marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation.
Kitchenette Sinks/Lavatories	Gleam and are odor-free.
Trash Containers	Containers are clean and emptied daily.
Vents	Clean. Some marks and dust buildup noticeable on the vent and adjacent wall or ceiling upon close observation.
Vertical Surfaces	Clean. Marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation.
Walls	Clean. Marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation.
Entrances & Breezeways	Clean. Entrance and breezeway swept with no more than one day’s worth of dust and debris.

Restrooms

Faucets	Gleam and are streak-free. Finish is in good condition free from scratches, discoloration, and mineral buildup.
Restroom Mirrors	Clean. Marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation.
Restroom Partitions	Clean and odor-free. Marks, dust, smidges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon closer observation. Graffiti removed within 1 day.
Sinks/Lavatories	Gleam and are clean and odor-free.
Tile/Grout	Shine and are bright and clean. No buildup. No more than two days’ worth of dust/dirt. Grout lines are clean.
Toilets/Urinals	Gleam and are clean and odor-free. Urinal dome has deodorant and is free flowing.
Product Dispensers	Product dispensers are clean and odor free. Dispensers are adequately stocked with product.
Floor Drains	Floor drains are clean and odor free. Water added to the floor trap as needed.

Offices

Bookcases	Clean. Some marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation. No more than 1 week's worth of dust build up.
File Cabinets	Clean. Some marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation. No more than 1 week's worth of dust build up.
Office Desk	Clean. Some marks, dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable upon close observation. No more than 1 week's worth of dust build up.
