The CSUN Center on Disabilities team wishes you a happy, healthy, and safe holiday season.

The University closes for winter break from Thursday, December 23rd to Monday, January 3rd. Presenter registration will remain open during this time. We look forward to a new year and seeing everyone back, in-person in March!

PUT YOUR MIND AT EASE

We know that you may have some questions before deciding to attend an in-person conference. We are taking all measures to ensure a safe event for all conference participants. With guidance from the California State University System, the CDC, and health agencies, we have put vaccination and mask requirements, health screenings, and sanitization protocols into place. Please refer to our Health & Safety statement on the conference website for more details about our commitment to your health and safety. These guidelines are constantly updated as the situation evolves.

START PLANNING YOUR CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE

With Attendee Registration opening after the New Year, now is the perfect time to start thinking about your conference week.

Pre-Conference Workshops are taking place on Monday, March 14th, and this is where you’ll find in-depth content delivered by experts in their fields.

The list of Sessions is available on the conference website. A complete schedule of the sessions will be posted before attendee registration opens and we’re excited to tell you that more detailed session descriptions have been added for your convenience to review.

Make sure to reserve some time to visit the Exhibit Hall, which will be open Wednesday, March 16th through Friday, March 18th at 1:30 pm. Check out the  Exhibitor Directory to map out which booths you want to visit.

HELPFUL HINTS FOR PRESENTERS

Now’s the time for presenters to start preparing their presentations. We’ve put together a page of resources to help you make sure your presentations are accessible for all attendees. We encourage you to review these guidelines at our Tips for Presenters.

And don’t forget! The deadline for presenters to register is Thursday, January 6th at 3:00 pm PST.
