We have ranked the majors within the College of Communications, Health and Human Services by median income in 1993. For students certain that they are interested in the bachelors degree without further education, we present rankings of majors for students whose highest degreee completed was the bachelors. However, many majors prepare students for more advanced degrees so we have also included information on students with a bachelors degree in each field including those who went on to earn more advanced degrees.
We examine only graduates who are currently holding a full-time job. Since older, more experienced, workers typically earn more than their younger counterparts, we have separarated our statistics by age-group.
