If clicking on Prof Chapman's email address doesn't cause your web-browser to send an e-mail, you may have to set your browsers options by entering your own name and e-mail address. In Netscape, you do this by selecting "Mail & News Preferences" from the "options" menu. On the "identity" tab enter you name and email address, and click "OK." After that click on Prof Chapman's e-mail address again and it should work properly.
