Nighttime Thrills Are Closer Than You Think at “Neon Nights” in the University Student Union

October 11, 2018

Northridge—The University Student Union (USU) invites all Matadors to have a glowing good time with their favorite songs and most loved games at “Neon Nights” in the Games Room of the University Student Union. On Thursday, Oct. 25, from 7:30 to 10 p.m., students can unwind and let loose by enjoying a night of nonstop fun featuring food, a live DJ, the best console games, billiards and more under the neon lights—all free for CSUN students!

“Our ‘Neon Nights’ event is all about providing free, accessible fun for CSUN students,”said Sean Haggerty, Student Games Room Supervisor. “At this point in the semester, it’s important that we offer exciting ways to escape the everyday stresses of student life."

The Games Room’s full catalog of PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Wii U games—including highly rated new releases like Marvel’s Spider-Man and God of War—will be available for play throughout the event at no cost to students. Attendees can also challenge their friends to classic analog games like table tennis and billiards, request the music they want to hear from the live DJ and enjoy free food provided by the Games Room.

You and your friends can start your weekend right by shining bright under the black lights in the Games Room of the University Student Union. For more information about “Neon Nights” and the University Student Union, please visit www.csun.edu/usu.
