Get R.I.P.P.E.D. at Master Class in the SRC

February 16, 2015

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Northridge — The Student Recreation Center at the University Student Union invites all SRC members to experience a simple but challenging workout with the R.I.P.P.E.D. Master Class on Monday, February 23 from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Motivation Studio.

“This fun and high-intensity workout is known as the ‘One Stop Body Shock’. It’s plateau proof because each component provides a different emphasis so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format.” said SRC fitness coordinator, Amanda Christianson. “The R.I.P.P.E.D. master class is a great way to get familiar with the techniques and learn from a master trainer, Rachel Moreno”

The R.I.P.P.E.D. master class at the SRC will include a 15-minute introduction followed by full 55-minute R.I.P.P.E.D. class taught by a master instructor. These classes are offered as part of the SRC’s group exercise program each week.

Limited space is available for this fun and challenging master class. SRC members can register one day in advance by using the SRC MindBody Portal. For more information about the R.I.P.P.E.D. master class, please contact SRC fitness coordinator, Amanda Christianson at
