Rock Preparation Lab
The CSUN Department of Geological Sciences Rock Lab is equipped with a variety of equipment for rock sample processing including:
(Contact the department technician at (818)677-3573 if you need access to the Rock Lab. Access requires Shop Safety Training. Please refer to the Rock Lab Documentation for proper usage of the equipment.)
To book time in the Rock Lab, please use this Google Calendar to book time at least 24-hours beforehand. Make sure to let the Department Technician know that you will need to check out a respirator.
