The CSUN Language, Speech, and Hearing Center's audiologic staff members can assist patients who are looking for a hearing evaluation, a second opinion, or who need help in selecting hearing aids. Each patient is assured of receiving the most appropriate type of amplification based upon accurate determination of the amount and type of hearing loss.
CSUN Language, Speech, and Hearing Center’s audiologists have either a Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology, are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and are licensed by the state of California in Audiology.
Referrals to the CSUN Language, Speech, and Hearing Center from a physician are not required, but appointments for an evaluation, testing, or hearing aid services must be scheduled in advance. Please call (818) 677-2856 or email LSHC@csun.edu to schedule an appointment today!
Clients who are requesting therapy for hearing related problems may be enrolled in individual or group sessions depending upon the nature of the service. In any event, all therapy is upon the recommendation of a licensed Audiologist, physician, or speech-language pathologist.
