Drop Off / Pick Up

The TAs will be waiting for their class at Cleary Court at 8:25 AM. They will have a flag/sign of their animal group, and your child will be signed in with this TA. At promptly 8:35 AM, all TAs will take their classes from Cleary Court to the first period class. If you arrive on campus after the TA has left the Lawn, please go to the office in ED 1117.

After 12:45 PM, students will remain in their 4th-period class. Because there are so many options for students at 12:45, the coordination of pick-up and signing out of children needs to be protected. If you will be picking your student up at class, please go to his/her 4th-period class. If you have another adult whom you wish to pick up your child, make sure to include him/her on your Authorization form. If your child will be attending Sunny Days,  a SAPESS TA will come by and sign your child out of 4th period, walk him/her to the camp representative and then sign your child onto the camp roster. If your child will be participating in one of our elective courses, an assigned TA will pick up the students for that elective, bring them to an area for lunch, and then take them to class. If your child has an elective, please come to their elective classroom and sign them out of class at 2pm. If they are going to Sunny Days after the elective course, there will be a common meeting area and a TA will walk them to the Student Union to join up with Sunny Days. Due to the number of transitions, please be patient while picking up your child(ren).
