After a two-year collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, we developed a name reflecting our belief in the capacities of those we serve while also reflecting the collaborative nature of our efforts to end abuse, empower families and develop leaders. VTC Partners on New Program Helping Young Victims of Sex Trafficking

VTC is a proud partner in a new effort to get young victims of sex trafficking off the streets and out of harm’s way. The First Step Diversion Program, announced at a press conference yesterday by LA County District Attorney Jackie Lacey, will provide minors who were arrested for sex-related crimes access to services and a chance to rebuild their lives instead of being charged.  Read more
