Attendee Discounts

The discounts listed below may be applied to your conference registration fee. Discounts do not apply towards Pre-Conference Workshop fees or Box Lunch purchases.

Review the requirements to determine eligibility. Attendees must request a discount before registration in order to apply for it. Requests for Discount Codes for Attendees start Thursday, January 4, 2024, and end at 3:00 PM PST on Monday, March 4, 2024.

Please note the following:

• Request Discount codes in advance and allow 72 hours (not including weekends) for processing.
• Discount codes cannot be applied after registering.
• Only one discount can be applied to the registration.
• Discounts do not apply towards Pre-Conference Workshop fees or Box Lunch purchases.

Discount Requests

Discount Requests closed at 3:00 PM PST on Monday, March 4, 2024.

With the exception of CSUN Students, Attendees must request the discounts via the Discount Request form. Required materials must be uploaded during the Discount Request process and are accepted in the following file formats:

• PDF
• JPG/JPEG
• PNG
• GIF

If multiple documents are required, a multipage PDF is the recommended format. The required materials upload size limit is 2 MB.

NOTE: Proof of employment must be a current identification card, paystub or verification from an employer.

CSUN Student (Full-Time)

Full-Time CSUN Students are offered a 100% discount

• Do not use the Discount Request page. Instead, email your request and materials.
• Please include if you intend to register for a Pre-Conference Workshop and/or purchase a box lunch, as well as attend the conference.
  • Pre-Conference Workshops and box lunches are an additional fee, not covered by the discount.
• Please submit verification of current enrollment (class schedule or letter from the registrar)
• Note that this discount is not valid for presenter registrations.

Non-CSUN Student (Full-Time)

Full-Time Non-CSUN Students are offered a 50% discount

• Please submit verification of current enrollment (class schedule or letter from the registrar)

CSUN Faculty & Staff

CSUN Faculty & Staff are offered a 50% discount

• Please submit proof of employment at CSUN.

CSU Faculty & Staff

CSU Faculty & Staff are offered a 50% discount

• Please submit proof of employment

Veterans & Active Military

Veterans & Active Military are offered a 50% discount

• Please submit a copy of your Military ID OR Certificate of Release (DD-214 Copy #4). Please make sure to mask/redact your social security number if present on the requested document.
• Note that this discount is not valid for presenter registrations

Post-Secondary Faculty & Staff

Post-Secondary Faculty & Staff are offered a 25% discount

• Must be Faculty or Staff at a not-for-profit college, university or trade school
• Please submit proof of employment

K-12 Educators & Administrators

K-12 Educators & Administrators are offered a 25% discount

Government
