39th Annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference Has Concluded
Registration
The 2024 CSUN AT Conference will be held at the Anaheim Marriott in California from March 18 to 22, 2024. Pre-Conference Workshops will take place on Monday, March 18. The Keynote Address Program will kick off the Conference week on the morning of Tuesday, March 19, and Conference sessions will be March 19 to 22.

Please note that the registration system expires after 15 minutes of inactivity, and does not save the information already entered if the session expires. Exhibitors and all attendees using a discount must restart registration using their unique registration link to complete registration as the correct type and/or discount.
Registration Dates
Registration is completed online prior to the conference. There is no On-Site Registration. Be sure to register before Attendee Registration closes.
Attendee and Exhibitor Registration:
- Opens: Thursday, January 4, 2024.
- Concludes: Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 3:00 PM PDT.
Expo Visitor Pass Registration
If you only want to attend the Exhibit Hall, Expo Visitor Pass Registration will open on Thursday, January 4, 2024. Please visit the Exhibit Hall page for information and the registration link.
Attendee Registration Fee
- Attendee Registration Fee (January 4 to February 13): $550
- Attendee Late Registration Fee (February 14 to March 12): $595
Please note the following registration policies:
- Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment.
- There is no One-Day Attendee Registration.
- There is no On-Site Registration. All conference registration must be completed by March 12.
- All Registrations are non-transferable and substitutions are not permitted.
- There are no refunds for no-shows.

Please review the Attendee Discounts page for information on available discounts and related policies. Please note that discounts must be requested prior to registration and cannot be applied after registration has been completed
Pre-Conference Workshops
Pre-Conference Workshops should be added during Registration for an additional registration fee per Workshop and discounts do not apply to Pre-Conference Workshops. For Workshop descriptions, visit the Pre-Conference Workshop page.
Registrations for Pre-Conference Workshops will close when the workshop has reached capacity or the Conference registration has concluded. There is no On-Site Registration; therefore, you must register online no later than 3:00 PM PST on Tuesday, March 12, 2024.
The fee schedule is as follows:
- Full-Day Workshop Fee (January 4 to February 13)
- $325
- Full-Day Workshop Late Fee (February 14 to March 12 at 3:00 PM PST)
- $375
- Half-Day Workshop Fee (January 4 to February 13)
- $235
- Half-Day Workshop Late Fee (February 14 to March 12 at 3:00 PM PST)
- $285
Adding Pre-Conference Workshops After Registration
If you have already registered and would like to add a Pre-Conference Workshop, please contact conference@csun.edu with the Pre-Conference Workshop you'd like to add to your registration. Fees for the Pre-Conference Workshops will be added to the credit card on file.
Box Lunches
Box Lunches are available for purchase during the registration process. The deadline to order Box Lunches is 3:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2024.
If you have already registered and would like to add Box Lunches to your registration, please contact conference@csun.edu with the lunch selections you’d like to add. Fees for the Box Lunches will be added to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Requests must be made in writing and received by 3:00 PM PST on Thursday, February 22, 2024. There will be no refunds after Thursday, February 22, 2024. All no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Registration Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation Requests must be made in writing and received by 3:00 PM PST on Thursday, February 22, 2024. A $125.00 administrative processing fee will be assessed. There will be no refunds after Thursday, February 22, 2024. All no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Changes unrelated to initial registration and cancellation may be subject to the $125.00 administrative processing fee. To mitigate the fee, please make sure the persons being registered, the type of registration (presenter, attendee, exhibitor) and the payment method used are correct.
NOTE: In all instances, including group registrations, fees for cancellation and/or administrative processing will be assessed per registration.
