Exhibit Hall

Come to the 2022 Exhibit Hall where you will find companies and agencies showcasing the latest assistive technology products and services.  For 36 years, thousands have attended the CSUN Conference's free Exhibit Hall to have the opportunity to directly interact with the providers who develop the technology, products, and services designed to promote inclusion for people with disabilities.

The Exhibit Hall is located in the Grand Ballroom and Marquis Ballroom on the lobby level of the hotel.  Be one of the first to explore the latest innovative technology when doors open to everyone on Wednesday, March 16 at 9:30 AM. 

Expo Visitor Pass

An Expo Visitor Pass is needed to enter the Free Exhibit Hall for those not attending the full conference. Expo Visitor Pass registration will open Tuesday, January 11, 2022 and will also available on-site Wednesday through Friday (March 16 - March 18).  One pass is good for all three days the Exhibit Hall is open.

Conference Attendees (Exhibitors, Presenters, Booth Staff and Attendees) only need their conference name badges to access the Exhibit Hall.

Health & Safety

As we plan the return to an in-person conference, health and safety is our top priority.

All participants at the 2022 CSUN Assistive Technology Conference must be fully vaccinated or present proof of negative COVID test. For specific testing requirements refer to the Health & Safety section of the Conference Overview.

Accommodation Services for the Exhibit Hall

We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for your support in our efforts to provide services for visitors to the Exhibit Hall and Exhibitor Demonstration Area.

Interpreters

The conference is able to provide 20-minute periods of interpreting services for attendees with Expo Visitor passes. Paid conference attendees may request interpreting services for the exhibit hall through their accommodation request during conference registration. Please note that requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

You may return and request services again throughout the day and/or on additional days when you are visiting the Exhibit Hall.

Sighted-Guide Tours

There will be set tour times with sighted-guides each day the Exhibit Hall is open to the public. These 20-minute tours will take place every 2 hours. Tours will meet on the South Side of the Exhibit Hall entrances located in the Marquis Foyer, 5 minutes prior to the start time.
