- What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
If you do not have a CSUN parking permit, a temporary permit will be emailed to you after you register. Please print and display the permit on the dashboard of your vehicle on the day of the conference. The closest parking lot to the University Student Union (USU) is G5. Go to www.csun.edu/csun-maps for a downloadable map. - Who can I contact with questions?
The Center for Teaching and Learning can be reached at ctl@csun.edu or 818.677.7494. - Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, it is. Please let us know as soon as possible, prior to the conference date, so we can change the name badge and registration information. - What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for this event. Tickets are transferable. You may send a colleague or friend if you are unable to attend. - Can I pay with check or credit card?
When you click on our registration link, you will be routed to CASHNet, where you can choose to pay with a credit or debit card. Checks are also accepted and must be made out to CSUN Center for Teaching and Learning and mailed to: 18111 Nordhoff Street, Northridge, CA 91330-8265. If you are paying by check, you will need to select the “Mail-In Payment” option. In this case, your registration will not be considered complete until we have received and processed your check. - Will cash and day-of registration be accepted on the day of the event?
Cash and checks will NOT be accepted on the day of the event. Last-minute registration can only be done via credit card on the CASHNet site and you must be able to show proof of your registration.

Parking

Photographs & Video Recording
By registering for the conference, please be aware that the CTL intends to photograph, audio record, and/or audio visually record some of our sessions and other activities. The CTL may make use of such photographs and recording including creating, distributing, and transmitting copies of them, and/or promotional or advertising uses, without restriction of media. If you do not wish to be photographed, audio recorded, and/or audio visually recorded, please feel free to excuse yourself from any potential photographs and recordings during the conference.
