Facility Reservation & Special Events Mission
AS Sport Clubs is responsible for serving recognized California State University Northridge organizations with facility reservations for special events. Please complete the Special Events Request form below. There is a fee for facility rentals. The fee covers maintenance, custodial support and staff wages Fill out a request form for a quote.
Off-Campus and Third Party Entities
Third party requests must do so through the University Licensing department within the University Corporation by contacting - Meisha Angelini at 818-677-2628 or by e-mail.
To submit a reservation for a special event, use the Special Events Request form.

AS Sport Clubs is located inside the Student Recreation Center (SRC), across the Rock Wall.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 11am-5pm.
The CSUN organization contact person must contact the AS Sport Clubs office at 818-677-7678 or email us to make changes or to cancel your reservation.
AS Sport Clubs will refund all amounts received (except deposit fee), if CSUN organization event contact terminates the agreement 72 hours prior to event start time.
AS Sport Clubs Special Events can only accept one (1) primary person as the CSUN organization contact person to process a special event request, make changes, or cancel existing reservations.
AS Sport Clubs only accepts special event requests from California State University Northridge recognized organizations.
The AS Sport Clubs Special Events calendar is accepting special event requests all year round.
All special event requests should be submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to the event date. Sport Clubs Special Events encourages you to submit a special event request online with a desired date, location, and time. The more information we have about your event, we can do our best to accommodate. Feel free to provide any notes or more date options in the comment box on the form.

Yes, please specify the items needed in your special event request including the number of items. We will check our inventory and inform you about the availability.
No. Liaisons are responsible for overlooking and enforcing the special event schedule stated in the Facility Reservation Agreement. No exceptions.
No. AS Sport Clubs will not refund any CSUN organization if their special event is shut down or ends early.
