CSUN Men’s Basketball signs three new players for the 2024-25 season, including Noah Williams, Sabien Cain, and Jalen Barbee. Williams, a versatile forward from California’s Sierra Canyon High School, brings a high motor and scoring ability. Indiana native Sabien Cain, a scoring combo guard, joins from Millennium High School in Arizona. Jalen Barbee, a sharpshooting guard from Cochise College, is known for his shooting and basketball IQ. CSUN Secures 74-64 Victory Over Chicago State with Impressive Second Half Performance

CSUN Men’s Basketball defeats Chicago State 74-64 on the road with a second-half offensive surge. Dionte Bostick scores 20 points, De’Sean Allen-Eikens adds 18 as Matadors shoot 64% in the second half. Despite a slow start, CSUN builds an early lead, then pulls away in the second half. Coach Andy Newman praises the team’s toughness and ability to make crucial plays. CSUN improved to 2-1, out-rebounding Chicago State 43-29 and dominating in points in the paint.
