Letters of Recommendation

All requests for letters of recommendation must be made at least one month prior to the letter deadline.

Consider requesting a letter of recommendation only if you have one of the following:

  • Received a minimum of a B+ in a class taken with me.
  • Assisted in research in my lab
  • Assisted me in my teaching.

To request a letter of recommendation, please complete the following steps

  1. Complete this letter request FORM
  2. Email me a copy of your current resume or CV and a copy of your unofficial transcript or degree progress report (DPR).
Please be sure to fill out the form for EACH school/program  to which you are applying.  For the due date of each submission, please include the actual due date posted by the institution.
