The University Corporation - Real Estate

Welcome to the Faculty-Staff Housing, Community, and Cultural Resources Website

CSUN is situated in an area where housing is expensive, making it difficult for the University to recruit and retain employees. This is particularly true for nationwide recruits, such as those for faculty or staff, who could go to an institution in a more affordable location. The Southern California housing market has seen dramatic changes post-pandemic. Affordable housing remains an important issue for the City and County of Los Angeles. The University Corporation continuously evaluates housing adjacent to the campus to acquire properties for CSUN faculty and staff. Our housing options and projects are available to view below.

College Court Townhomes

The University Corporation owns thirty-three (33) condominiums in the College Court Townhomes, situated one-half block from the California State University, Northridge campus. These units may be rented by CSU Northridge faculty and staff at below market rental rates.
