Spring Break Additional Pay is Ready! DUE DATE: March 23, 2018 at 3:00PM

Dear Principal Investigators and Research Administrators:

 

The additional pay system for spring break 2018 is ready. All spring break 2018 pre-authorization requests must be completed and approved by March 23, 2018 at 3PM. After this date, you will not be able to enter any requests for spring break 2018 for faculty.

 

Please note that per Office of Faculty Affairs, spring break is available for additional work to AY faculty only. 12-month faculty and staff are not eligible to use spring break additional pay.

 

AY faculty can request up to 5 days of pay for federal and federal pass through projects. You may request an additional 1 day from a non-federal project.
