FINAL REMINDER: TUC Closing of Fiscal Year 23-24 (Last day tomorrow, June 28, 2024)

Dear Principal Investigators and Research Administrators:

As we approach the end of FY 23/24, I appreciate your attention amidst the flurry of emails. Below are your final reminders for FY 23/24 year end.

1. Below is the FY 23/24 fiscal year end schedule. Our team at TUC is diligently reviewing and processing all requests; thank you for your patience.
2. For your reference, please find the Summer 2024 TUC Additional Pay calendar.
3. Please note that the TUC check request form in the portal will be offline from July 1 through 5, 2024 to give our staff time to properly process FY 23/24 expenditures. The form will be available again after 5PM on July 5, 2024.
4. In case you missed it, an email notification regarding FY 24/25 Fringe Benefit Rates were sent this week. Our cognizant agency, US Department of Health and Human Services, approved the rates and will be effective July 1, 2024. Any TUC payroll, including faculty additional pay, fully approved and processed by June 30 payroll deadline will have FY 23/24 benefit rates while those fully approved after June 30 will use FY 24/25 benefit rates.
