Compton Male Teachers of Color Network May Virtual Summit

The Compton Male Teachers of Color Network held a virtual summit on May 23rd to share universal best practices designed to support male teachers and administrators of color. College of Education members Josh Einhorn, John Reveles, and Al Restori were involved with the summit, as well as Travis Bristol from UC Berkeley. Over 50 teachers, principals, superintendents, university representatives, the CA Superintendent of Schools Office, the Chancellor’s Office, and community partners participated. This was a great event, and much was gained by all who attended.
