All of you have done a heroic job of completing your programs in these challenging times!

Every year, California State University, Northridge recognizes an outstanding graduating senior with the top award, The Wolfson Scholar.  Nominees are selected from among the various colleges at CSUN.  Our Wolfson Scholar nominee is designated as The Michael D. Eisner College of Education Dean’s Scholar.  I am very happy to announce this year’s Dean’s Scholar: Sandra Krietzberg, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Deaf Studies with a Minor in Communications with a GPA of 3.93. Sandra has been recognized by the faculty in her department as a champion of social justice and transformative change. Congratulations Sandra!

Excellence is abundant in our College.  I want to give special recognition to all of our completing students who are graduating with honors and to our scholarship recipients.  You brought your best to your educational mission and in doing so, garnered inspiration to all in our scholarly community.

At this time, I would like to recognize the people who have supported you through your education journey.  My deep gratitude to the faculty and staff of the Michael D.
