We recognize that the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and transition to virtual and alternate modalities of learning impacts CSUN students in different ways. Students may experience, for example, an increase in stress, anxiety, worry, and/or frustration. Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations. As increases in social distancing occurs and students spend less time on campus and in social circles, students may find themselves feeling lonely, sad, and/or down. UCS Urgent Care 24/7
UCS provides crisis/urgent care services for students 24/7 (24 hours per day/7 days per week). If you are in crisis or have an urgent concern, please call UCS to speak to a counselor at (818) 677-2366 (Option 1) during regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday); after business hours, please call (818) 677-2366 (Option 3) to speak to a crisis counselor. However, if this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department (ER) of crisis-oriented health care facility in your immediate area.
