Purpose of the Action Research
Oral language development and foundational reading skills are essential to the success of all students. As the intervention coordinator, I assisted in the implementation of the Early Language and Literacy Plan (ELLP), and would like to see (a) if there is a direct impact on small group instruction, and (b) how it affects students’ nonsense word fluency in the Dynamic Indicators of Early Language Literacy Skills (DIBELS).
