We see a symbiotic relationship between what can be garnered from many of the images in the collection and Critical Civility. For instance, the images can be used as projective devises to initiate discussion of civility and encourage critical reading and thinking or suggest ways in which individuals and communities seek to resolve issues. The Center also documents the region's ethnic and alternative press and serves as a facilitator for discussion about and awareness of the ethnic and alternative press.
