Dear Principal Investigators and Research Administrators:
Per CSU guidelines, the mileage reimbursement rate has increased from 53.5 cents per mile to 54.5 cents per mile for all travel occurring on or after January 1, 2018. Meal reimbursement and incidental allowance amounts remain unchanged. Please utilize the travel guidelines when preparing your travel authorization requests and expense reports on TUC eTravel system.
