Dean’s Message
Welcome to the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics. As dean, I am eager to introduce you to Nazarian College and highlight the many attractive qualities that have made it one of the largest business schools in the country.
Located in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California, Nazarian College is recognized as one of the best business schools in the United States through its accreditation with AACSB, a prestigious distinction earned by less than 6 percent of business schools worldwide. At the graduate level, we offer a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAcc), a Master of Science in Business Analytics (MS BANA), and through the Tseng College, a Master of Science in Taxation (MST).

Nazarian College offers outstanding academic programs taught by nationally recognized faculty. These include:
- Undergraduate Degrees in accounting, analytics, business law, economics, finance, financial planning, global supply chain management, information systems, management, marketing, real estate, risk management and insurance, and systems and operations management.

Integrating degree programs with skills certifications enhances workplace readiness, giving Nazarian College graduates an immediate career advantage.
Beyond the Classroom. Our students gain valuable workplace experience by participating as consultants for small businesses and student clinicians for the IRS. In addition, they build entrepreneurial skills by participating in nationally recognized competitions, among other opportunities.
Critical Skills. Students also develop leadership and networking skills by participating in student clubs and national organizations, including Beta Gamma Sigma, and entrepreneurial-focused competitions such as Fast Pitch and Bull Ring.
Engaged Alumni. Our alumni are engaged, supportive and dedicated to helping Nazarian College educate tomorrow’s business leaders. From serving on the college’s advisory board and mentoring students to participating in our Professor for a Day program, alumni regularly share their business knowledge and experience with our students.
I’m proud that many leading businesses in our region offer internships for our students and jobs after graduation.
