OnBase Support for EEO Process
OnBase is the platform that is being used to review all the tenure-track search documents for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance. Each role plays a unique part in the process allowing the search to flow seamlessly from one step to another.
Search Committee Chairs start part 1 of the process and upload search documents in OnBase. Ready to start? View the Tenure-Track Hiring Toolkit for details on the required documents. Once started, documents are reviewed by the designated Faculty Equity and Compliance Representative (FECR) for the tenure-track faculty search. Other roles also facilitate the process.

Please note the following deadlines for OnBase EEO document review:
Last date to submit search documents in OnBase: Monday, December 4, 2023. Search documents submitted to OnBase after this date will be reviewed when FECR Unit 3 Faculty are back on contract in Spring 2024. This policy is to allow FECRs time to finish grading final exams.
First date of OnBase EEO review following Winter Break: Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
