Sustainable Fashion Ambassadors
The Sustainable Fashion Ambassador Program offers a hands-on workshop series designed to build students' background knowledge on sustainable fashion while developing leadership and storytelling skills. The workshops cover various topics–from social justice in fashion to product life cycle, business logistics, and sustainable communities. Students will also have an opportunity to learn from and network with guest speakers from the fashion industry and beyond. By the end of the one-semester program, students will present their Ambassador Actions in a showcase event and will be given a certificate of completion endorsed by the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences. Seminars will take place bi-weekly on Zoom. Recruitment starts in January!
