Careers

FCS is known as “the people profession” because it is rooted in aspects that keep families—and communities strong. Good nutrition, sound business practices, creating environments that support the activities that will take place within them, developing fashion that fits the situation at hand, establishing and maintaining healthy family dynamics, and education that teaches our children how to navigate the world—and life.

Students explore the relationships among people and their environments. They also examine the impact of physical, biological, and social factors on human behavior and development.
