About the Program
Since 1979, the CSUN Summer Academic Enrichment Program (SAEP) has hosted middle and high school students on our campus. Unlike a traditional school setting, SAEP offers enrichment-learning for the student.The goals are for students to have fun while learning and for teachers to enjoy teaching about what they are passionate.
In 2024, we will offer 2 sessions (a three-week session and a two-week session):
Session 1: June 24th - July 12th
Session 2: July 15th - July 26th
Each day (8:30am - 1:00pm), students take three 80-minute courses. Students can register for one or both sessions.

Samples courses include: Musical Theatre, Creative Writing, Movie-making, Digital Photography, Robotics, Algebra, Intro to Geometry, Ukelele, American Sign Language, Spanish, Improv(ization), Speech and Debate, Culinary Arts, Drawing, Coding, Painting.
Special Invitation for Teachers
If you are a teacher interested in teaching for us this summer and have a course idea that you have always wanted to teach, but limitations in the regular school year prevent that, propose the idea to us!
