The university has established requirements for the formatting, binding, and submission of the final dissertation. These formatting requirements are available at: https://w2.csun.edu/graduate-studies/evaluations/thesis-dissertation/thesis-dissertation-formatting

Candidates are strongly encouraged to set up their draft chapters to comply with these requirements from the inception of writing their proposal.
