Losing a significant person in your life you can dramatically impact your mental health. The process of grieving can be a timely and exhausting process. In particular in this time which we are experiencing collective and repetitive losses; grief can be debilitating. This workshop is designed to inform fellow students on coping skills to aid with their mental health/depression after experience a loss.
