An hour and a half overview of the RAD (Rape, Aggression, Defense) for Women program. RAD students will be involved in a discussion of risk reduction strategies, date rape, and continuum of survival, defensive strategies, and the basic principles of defense. We will also discuss how to develop a defensive mindset, understand offensive and defensive postures, recognize vulnerable locations and utilize personal weapons.
Note: If you identify as transgender or outside the gender binary, we encourage you to attend the workshop that you feel most comfortable attending.
