It is very easy for human beings to find themselves stuck in a cycle of depression, where often it seems that the harder we fight, the more trapped we become. This experiential workshop will explore how mindfulness and other state of the art strategies can be used to get unstuck from depression and build a more meaningful life. The goal of the workshop is to introduce participants to evidence-based tools, which can be used to improve one’s emotional well-being.
