Presenter Discounts

The deadline for Presenters to request a discount is Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 3:00 PM PST.

• Please request Discount codes in advance and allow 72 hours (not including weekends) for processing.
• Discount codes cannot be applied after registering.
• Only one discount can be applied to the registration.
• Discounts do not apply to Pre-Conference Workshops’ fees.

Presenters must request the discounts via the Discount Request form during the appropriate period listed above. Required materials must be uploaded during the Discount Request process and are accepted in the following file formats:

• PDF
• JPG/JPEG
• PNG
• GIF

If multiple documents are required, a multipage PDF is the recommended format. The required materials upload size limit is 2 MB.

NOTE: Proof of employment must be a current identification card, paystub, or verification from an employer.

Post-Secondary Students (Full-Time)

Full-Time Post-Secondary Students are offered a 50% discount.

• Please submit verification of current enrollment (class schedule or letter from the registrar).

CSU Faculty & Staff

CSU Faculty & Staff are offered a 50% discount.

• Please submit proof of employment.

Post-Secondary Faculty & Staff

Post-Secondary Faculty & Staff are offered a 25% discount.

• Must be Faculty or Staff at a not-for-profit college, university, or trade school.
• Please submit proof of employment.

K-12 Educators & Administrators

K-12 Educators & Administrators are offered a 25% discount.

• Please submit proof of employment.

Government

Government employees are offered a 25% discount.

• Please submit proof of employment.
