- Description

In this session you will learn how to customize your use of Braille on iOS, iPadOS and macOS. Learn how to customize your own experience in order to maximize efficiency and productivity using Braille. We will cover such topics as reassigning commands to be used with your braille display, as well as highlighting some of the lesser known commands.
The session will operate on the assumption that a user will be using Braille as their primary means of interacting with these devices. We will also talk about recently added features that allow for further customization and greater efficiency while using Braille on Apple products.
This session is intended for anyone who wants to learn more about using Braille as their primary way of interacting with Apple products, but will also apply to persons also using speech along with Braille. The session will also be useful for teachers who want to pass along this information to students. The session will focus on demos and how-to descriptions, with an emphasis on controlling your Apple products with just Braille.
