About "Add to Outlook/iCal" Link

The link downloads session details in a common iCalendar format. When you click the link, you will be prompted to either open or save a file with name extension .ics. If you have Microsoft Outlook installed, you should be able to select Open and it should open the session as an appointment in your Outlook Calendar. If you experience difficulties opening the file, you should be able to save it to your computer and open it with your calendar application.

Please refer to your calendar software documentation for more information about opening iCalendar files. We cannot offer technical support for this feature, unfortunately.
