Registration

The 2022 CSUN AT Conference will be in-person, at the Anaheim Marriott in California, March 14-18, 2022. Pre-Conference Workshops will take place March 14. The Keynote Address will kick-off the conference the morning of Tuesday, March 15 and conference sessions will be March 15-18.

Health & Safety

As we plan the return to an in-person conference, health and safety is our top priority.

All participants at the 2022 CSUN Assistive Technology Conference must be fully vaccinated or present proof of negative COVID test. For specific testing requirements refer to the Health & Safety section of the Conference Overview.

Registration Dates

Attendee and Exhibitor Registration:

• Opens: Tuesday, January 11, 2022.
• Concludes: Extended to 12:00 PM PST on Friday, March 11, 2022.
• There will be no On-Site Registration.

Expo Visitor Pass Registration

Expo Visitor Pass Registration will open on Monday, January 11, 2022. Please visit the Exhibit Hall page for information and registration link.

Registration Fee

Attendee Registration Fee: $535

Please note the following:

• Credit card is the only accepted form of payment.
• There is no One-Day Attendee Registration.
• There will be no On-Site Registration.
• All Registrations are non-transferable and substitutions are not permitted.
• There are no refunds for no-shows.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Pre-Conferences Workshops may be added during Registration for an additional registration fee per Pre-Conference Workshop.

Registrations for Pre-Conference Workshops will end when the workshop has reached capacity or when the conference registration has concluded.

There will be no On-Site Registration. You must register online and no later than 12:00 PM PST on Friday, March 11, 2022.

Registration Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation Requests must be made in writing and received by 3:00 PM (PST) on Thursday, February 17, 2022. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed. There will be no refunds after Thursday, February 17, 2022. All no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Changes unrelated to initial registration and cancellation may be subject to a $100.00 Administrative Processing Fee. To mitigate the fee, please make sure persons being registered, the type of registration (presenter, attendee, exhibitor) and that the payment method used is correct.

NOTE: In all instances, including group registrations, fees for cancellation and/or administrative processing will be assessed per registration.

Accommodation Services

The CSUN AT Conference offers ASL, CART, and ALD. These Accommodation Services are only provided upon request, and are made during the Registration process. All requests for any Accommodation Service must be made by 3:00 PM PST on Thursday, March 3, 2022. On-site requests are subject to availability.

Attendees who need assistance may register a Personal Care Attendant during the Registration process. Personal Care Attendants may not attend any conference activities without the registered participant they are assisting. Personal Care Attendants are not personal assistants. Anyone accompanying a presenter for business-related purposes must separately register to attend the Conference.

Important Notes

Registration Session Expiration

Registration sessions expire after 15 minutes of inactivity and does not save information entered if the session expires. Additionally, Presenters, Exhibitors, and all participant types using a discount must restart registration using their unique registration link to complete registration as the correct type and/or discount.

Box Lunches

Box lunches are available for purchase during the registration process, prior to 3:00 PM on Friday, March 4, 2022. Cancellation Requests must be made in writing and received by 3:00 PM (PST) on Thursday, February 17, 2022. There will be no refunds after Thursday, February 17, 2022. All no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Adding Pre-Conference Workshops After Registration

If you have already registered and would like to add a Pre-Conference Workshop, please contact conference@csun.edu with the Pre-Conference Workshops you'd like to add to your registration. Fees for the Pre-Conference Workshops will be added to the credit card on file.
