I was born on December 8, 2004, in Mexico. I came to the U.S. at a young age when I was around 3 years old. My parents wanted a better life for me and my sibling and coming to the U.S. was the opportunity for us to chase our dreams. Being the first person in my family to go to college is something I am deeply proud of after everything my parents had to go through to get to this point. I owe it all to them and hope to exceed even more and be successful in the future.

Outside of school in my free time, I love to go weightlifting at the gym. On the weekends every Sunday, I run with this extracurricular program known as SRLA (Students Run LA) to help us prepare for the LA Marathon every March.
