Does it matter? Yes, it absolutely does as a positive caloric balance over time will lead to gradual weight gain. However, there are other factors to consider such as exercise or physical activity when it comes to creating a caloric balance or stable weight. Just as the scale weight matters, weight varies day to day and can be somewhat demoralizing if weight loss is the goal. A better gauge over time is how your clothes fit, how you feel and understanding the health value of a well-balanced diet. Yerevan State University to cooperate with California’s higher education institutions

Cal State faculty union gets new CSU contract, including higher pay
