A's open season May 31st with new lineup

This year's A's players will arrive in Clarinda this weekend. This year's roster has Division I, Division II, Division III and JUCO players. It was seemingly back when Rae was a young girl that she first developed a keen interest in news reporting and its every arm, only for it to continue expanding to no extent as the years passed. Thus, of course, she knew quite early on she wanted to build her professional life within the same field, driving her to land minor positions at local media stations/channels while still in high school. SCV Water hires Kevin Strauss as communications manager

Kevin Strauss Named SCV Water Communications Manager

SCV Water has announced the hiring of Kevin Strauss as its next communications manager. Strauss comes from six years as communications specialist with the city of Santa Clarita. He will start his new position May 22, overlapping with Kathie Martin, communications manager since December 2017, who will retire effective June 15. -- SCV News

Excavating the Future: Breaking the Silence

Pérez studied philosophy at the University of El Salvador, as well as literature at Cal State Northridge and creative writing at Antioch University, attaining two master’s degrees. 
She was a co-founder of El Rescate, one of the first Central American solidarity and social
 service agencies of the Salvadoran civil war era, as well as of the Clínica Monseñor Oscar 
A. Romero, the first community-based, nonprofit health clinic to serve the predominantly
 Central American community of the Westlake-Pico Union area of Los Angeles. She was also
 instrumental in the establishment of the first Central American Studies undergraduate degree program in the nation,
