Valley Bands Play Their Own Turf at the Van Nuys Arts Festival
When she was in high school, Maria del Pilar played in garage bands in the Valley. Later on, Los Abadoned played their first show at CIA in North Hollywood. More recently, she performed with Las Cafeteras at the Valley Performing Arts Center in Northridge.
