Rockford Rivets' bats silenced by Willmar

The Stingers got started early. With one out in the first, Danny Pardo (Montevallo) singled, and after stealing second and third base, Justin Toerner (Cal State Northridge) doubled him home off of Rivets starter Zach Aring (St. Joseph’s, IN), who fell to 3-3, for a 1-0 lead.
