Ryback joined Plumas Bank in July 2001. In March 2010, Ryback was appointed interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Plumas Bancorp and Plumas Bank and in November 2011 that position became permanent. He became a member of the Company's Board of Directors in 2016. Ryback received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. Ryback actively serves in a variety of international, regional and local organizations. He is a member of Rotary International and is a past president of the Quincy Rotary Club. He also serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Sierra Cascade Family Opportunities and he chairs the Plumas District Hospital Bond Oversight Committee.
