Policies and Procedures Agreement:
After reading over the Policies and Procedures section of the Parent Handbook, you will be asked to sign the statement in the Main Office.
Sample form: We, the parents or legal guardians of <student name> have read the Policies and Procedures of the CFSC Parent Handbook and agree to comply with them.
A signature and date will be required
Please include a check for $10.00 (Emergency Supply Fee).
