Joy has over a decade of experience starting, growing, and managing successful businesses. A hyper-growth strategist, Joy is adept at helping companies to grow smart while growing fast. She shares her experience and insights each month in her award winning column Business Builders, and speaks around the country on the topics of strategy, marketing, and management.

Joy's skill for driving companies to new heights has been successful in both the corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Her prior experience includes a senior management position at Hitachi Koki Imaging Supplies where she made significant contributions to the remanufactured division and was able to grow sales in this category by over 400% within a six month period. In addition, Joy founded and/or grew several entrepreneurial businesses into category leaders by using her marketing and strategy acumen.

Known as a pioneer in the area of aftermarket inkjet cartridges, Joy previously co-founded one of the largest inkjet remanufacturing companies in the world prior to starting JJG in 2004.

Known for her practical approach and unique insight, Joy saves clients time and money by providing assistance that adds value to a business or acquisition transaction. Joy holds both an MBA and a bachelors degree in business administration/marketing, and serves on the board for the California State University Northridge Center for Business & Entrepreneurship.
