For over 21 years, Mike worked for The Walt Disney Company.  His entertainment marketing experience spanned multiple divisions, including: the Disney Educational Media Company, the Disney Channel, Disney Home Video, and Walt Disney Records.  Most recently he served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Walt Disney Records. In this position Mike designed and implemented marketing plans for the children's audio products and soundtracks to all Disney animated and live action films from The Little Mermaid to Monsters Inc. He has also handled the marketing of audio products related to Disney theatrical shows, television, theme parks, Radio Disney and catalog artist compilations (i.e., Michael Crawford Sings Disney).

 

As of January 2002, Mike moved from Disney to Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution as their Senior Vice President for Worldwide Marketing. This division of Fox Filmed Entertainment sells and markets Fox television programming (everything from MASH and Lost in Space to today's Boston Legal, 24, Simpsons, etc.) as well as Fox movies (i.e. Moulin Rouge, Ice Age, Titanic, The Day After Tomorrow, etc.) to free television, pay television, US networks, PPV, VOD, and Hotels worldwide.

 

Mike is a graduate of California State University, Northridge. He received both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Marketing. He has also taught in the College of Business and Economics at CSUN from 1985-1994. Mike is currently the president of the College of Business and Economics Business Partners.
